Support & Services
If you're like a lot of people, considering what Smart technology to install in your home or business is pretty confusing. The Full Circle Home Technologies team provides the following services to help prospective customers:
- Smart Technology Solution Analysis, this would involve a "discovery" meeting at your home or business. The goal is to gain a complete understanding of your needs and align those with the appropriate Smart technology solutions to address them. We have a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) certification from the NAHB. We charge a fee for this service and provide you with written recommendations.
- Smart Technology Turn-Key Solutions, this would involve providing a complete solution as a result of a discovery meeting or buying one of our Smart Tech packages. It includes hardware, software, install, implementation, training and customizations. If you pay for a Smart Technology Solution Analysis you recieve a discount for the turn-key solution.
- Custom Solutions, we have technology solutions that can be "customized" to address unique customer needs or requirements. We've seen this more on the commercial side of the equation. An example would be a system that utilizes process automated applications to run/control devices or equipment. We will need to quote these individually based on the scope of the job.
- On-going Support, we have support available M-F 8-5, for an additional fee.
